Growing up in Seoul and California, and now based in Brooklyn, I have seen healthcare show up in many different ways. Even when everything goes right, getting sick or injured brings confusion, and all we want is to feel cared for. In those moments, I want to help people trust their care at every step, so the health systems around them feel less overwhelming.

At ITP, I carry that same mission into my work, finding meaningful ways to make access feel playful.
